Regularly replace the oil and oil filter element.

If the filter is clogged, the oil cannot pass through the filter element smoothly, it will burst the filter element or open the safety valve, pass through the bypass valve, and bring the dirt back to the lubrication part, which will accelerate the wear of the engine and increase the internal pollution.
Keep the crankcase well ventilated
Contaminants in the air will deposit around the PCV valve, which may block the valve. If the PCV valve is blocked, the polluted gas will flow backward into the air cleaner. The polluted filter element will reduce the filtering capacity, and the inhaled mixture will be too dirty, which will further cause the pollution of the crankcase, resulting in increased fuel consumption, increased engine wear, and even damage to the engine. Therefore, the PCV must be regularly maintained to remove the contaminants around the PCV valve.
Clean the crankcase regularly
When the engine is running, the high-pressure unburned gas, acid, water, sulfur and nitrogen oxides in the combustion chamber enter the crankcase through the gap between the piston ring and the cylinder wall, and are mixed with the metal powder produced by the wear of the parts. Formation of sludge. When the amount is small, it will be suspended in the oil, and when the amount is large, it will precipitate out of the oil, blocking the filter and oil holes, causing difficulty in lubricating the engine and causing wear. In addition, when the engine oil is oxidized at high temperatures, paint film and carbon deposits will be formed to adhere to the piston, which will increase the engine’s fuel consumption and decrease its power. In severe cases, the piston ring will be stuck and the cylinder will be pulled. Therefore, regularly use BGl05 (high-efficiency and quick cleaning agent for lubrication system) to clean the crankcase to keep the inside of the engine clean.
Clean the fuel system regularly
When the fuel is supplied to the combustion chamber through the fuel path, it will inevitably form gum and carbon deposits, which will be deposited in the fuel passage, carburetor, fuel injector and combustion chamber, which will interfere with the fuel flow and destroy the normal air flow. Fuel ratio causes poor fuel atomization, causing performance problems such as engine surging, knocking, unstable idling, and poor acceleration. Use BG208 (powerful and efficient cleaning agent for fuel system) to clean the fuel system, and regularly use BG202 to control the generation of carbon deposits, which can always keep the engine in its best condition. The traditional disassembly and cleaning method will affect the stability of the engine due to assembly errors. Using it, it can remove the sludge and coke in the fuel tank, oil passage, fuel injection nozzle, combustion chamber and exhaust gas system without disassembly, and It can repair the friction and wear caused by the operation of the machine.
Regular maintenance of the water tank
Rust and fouling of the engine water tank are the most common problems. Rust and scale will restrict the flow of coolant in the cooling system, reduce heat dissipation, cause the engine to overheat, and even cause engine damage. The oxidation of the coolant will also form acidic substances, which will corrode the metal parts of the water tank, causing damage and leakage of the water tank. Regularly use BG540 (powerful and efficient cleaning agent for water tank) to clean the water tank to remove rust and scale, which can not only ensure the normal operation of the engine, but also extend the overall life of the water tank and engine.
Maintenance and cleaning of fuel system
Because the automobile fuel distribution system is very sophisticated, it cannot be disassembled casually. When cleaning the fuel system of the engine, use an engine-free cleaning agent, because the use of a non-disassembly cleaning agent does not require disassembly of the fuel system. On the one hand, it can be started to thoroughly clean the fuel system, and on the other hand, it is beneficial to protect the engine’s fuel system. .
The operation process of cleaning the oil circuit and the oil tank with a non-dismantling cleaning agent:
Open the fuel tank cap, take out the filter cylinder, use a hose to draw out most of the fuel in the fuel tank, leaving about 10-15 cm deep fuel, and add 80ml* brand ethanol gasoline to replace the cleaning agent, install the filter cylinder and cover Put on the fuel tank cap.
Disassemble the engine oil inlet and return pipes, connect the engine oil inlet pipe and the oil return pipe with the oil inlet pipe and the oil return pipe of the non-dismantling washer, and connect the oil inlet pipe and the oil return pipe with a dedicated interface to form a loop.
Add gasoline to the cleaning agent storage tank according to the scale of the oil storage tank of the no-dismantling washer or the number of engine cylinders, and add 100ml* brand ethanol gasoline to replace the cleaning agent.
Adjust the pressure according to the vehicle type, just adjust the appropriate pressure for carburetor vehicles, and adjust 2-3 pressures for EFI vehicles.
Start the engine, check the oil inlet and return pipes for oil leakage, clean for 15-20 minutes at idling speed, increase the throttle every 3-5 minutes, so that the cleaned carbon deposits and moisture are discharged from the exhaust pipe.
Disassemble the non-disassembly washing machine and the engine oil inlet and return pipes, restore the vehicle oil circuit, and start the car to check whether the oil pipes are leaking.
Open the fuel tank cover and take out the filter cartridge; connect the air pump with a soft air pipe, insert the hose from the fuel tank port into the bottom of the fuel tank, and blow it with 3kg/cm air pressure, so that the various impurities accumulated at the bottom of the fuel tank are cleaned by the tossing gasoline Drop. When cleaning, it is best to block the mouth of the fuel tank with a clean cloth, and constantly move the hose purge position.
After confirming that the impurities at the bottom of the fuel tank have been cleaned, release all the oil in the fuel tank immediately. Special reminder that the oil released from the crude oil tank must be filtered and precipitated before being added to the oil tank.
Replace the fuel filter.
Add ethanol gasoline or ordinary gasoline, start the engine, and road test.
Winter hot car
The main reason for the hot car is that after the car has been parked for a long time, the oil in the engine flows back into the oil pan under the engine, so it is necessary to heat the car. The correct way to warm up the car should be 30 seconds to one minute after the start, but do not drive at a high speed at this time, keep it at a low speed, and the engine speed should not exceed 3000~3500 revolutions. Generally, keep it 2000 rpm, otherwise the intense wear on the engine and gearbox cannot be recovered. After the engine temperature rises to the normal operating temperature (it takes about 3 to 5 minutes), then resume normal driving.
Water flameout treatment
When the car stalls in the water, it must not be started a second time, otherwise it will cause irreparable losses to the car engine. In the case of ensuring the safety of personnel, the vehicle should be immediately pushed out of the deep water area to ensure that the engine air intake will not suck in moisture and stop in a safe place. Remove the distributor cover, dry the cover with a paper towel, and reinstall it. If water enters the air inlet, the air filter must be replaced, and the spark plug must be removed to drain the water from the combustion chamber.
The specific method should be: open the engine cover, unplug the cylinder line, remove the spark plug, then start the engine, the water in the engine cylinder will be discharged from the engine through the spark plug hole, keep the key in the starting position for 5 seconds and then release Turn it on, wait 10 seconds and then start the engine for 5 seconds, so 3 times, basically all the water can be discharged from the engine. However, if the engine does not rotate when starting after the spark plug is removed, it means that the engine has topped dead and can only be handled at the maintenance station.
Car engine overheated
Overheating of the engine will cause certain damage to the engine. If the temperature of the car engine is too high, the owner can perform some checks:
The fan motor does not move or the fan clutch fails, and the temperature cannot be cooled normally.
